It is official, 6 sleeps till my Bon Jovi experience. I have been waiting since 1986 for this night and I have been in the wrong city everytime a tour came through. My poor father has never lived down the July 14th 86 concert in Ottawa when his daughter turned 16 but the National Police force was transferring us to the North West Territories and I was not able to go to the concert. So now, at 34 I am a VIP ticket holder in the front row paying more than I pay in rent to make this night happen. My best friend is flying in from Saskatoon and my 4 other girlfriends are in row 17.
The reviews on the Island board are fabulous, the Facebook community is showing some great photos and the stuff from youtube is more than exciting.
Obie, do you tour with the band and go to every city? I bet it's going to be exciting for the band to come back to Vancouver after having so much luck here with their recordings in the late 80's. Will they be visiting some of their old haunts while they are here?
After I drop the girls off at the airport I am considering buying a single ticket for the Sunday show but have never done anything all alone....although being at the concert with all the fans would certainly not be like being alone.
We'll be in the front row smiling!

You are going to have the best night of your life,no really I mean it. Bon Jovi live and in person is not to be missed.(smell the sweat and all). I don't go to all the shows because even when the bands on tour I still spend lots of time working in the studio. Have a great time and rock on with your bad self.
